Patchwork pattern available in Today's Quilter Issue 55 - out now!

Many fellow quilters have expressed their frustration to me about the term 'quilt as desired' at the end of a patchwork pattern. There are some justifiable reasons for this however, for Delectably Dashing, my third quilt design for Today's Quilter, I thought I'd offer free quilting instructions as a gesture towards alleviating this disappointment.

The pattern illustrates how to quilt the design using Westalee templates, my passion, however, due to it’s soft curvy lines, the design can easily be replicated if you’re comfortable with free-motion quilting or even quilted by hand.

Being passionate about quilting, I wish for you to enjoy the quilting process as much as the piecing. Of course, this quilt can be quilted in many different ways but I hope by offering this design as a starting point, it might take some of the stress out of deciding how to finish your quilt or even spark your imagination to tweak the design and make it your own.

I hope you enjoy!
