TempLeeQuilting is a technique developed and named by Leonie West of Westalee Design.
It is primarily a raw-edge reverse appliqué technique created at the quilting stage of a project. It’s fun, creative and can be done with many designs and Westalee templates. 
Reverse appliqué involves cutting away the top layer(s) of fabric to reveal the layers below and can be executed with two or more layers.
