Chelsea has been designed as a follow-on program from Angie's Jewel Quilt Course, for those wishing to develop their ruler quilting skills further by applying them to a ‘pieced’ quilt top. Chelsea also explores optional QAYGO methods as it can be quilted as a whole or in 3 or 5 sections. Some previous ruler work experience is vital for working with larger quilt sandwich sections.
